• “HARU PHOTO BOOTHS L.L.C” maintains the https://www.haruphotos.com/ ("Website").

• “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

• Customer using the website who are Minor/ under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

• Any delays will be communicated transparently, and efforts will be made to expedite the process.
• Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the printing result for any damage and report issues immediately.

• Payment Confirmation
  - Payments are to be confirmed upon placing the order.
  - Accepted payment methods include Visa, Master credit card only.
  - Customers will receive a payment confirmation via email, outlining the details of the transaction.
  - For any payment-related concerns, customers can contact our dedicated support team.

• Cancellation Polic
  - Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours.
  - To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team and provide the necessary information.
  - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
  - Cancellation requests outside the stipulated timeframe may be subject to fees.

Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility:
  Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
  - Printing Quality: If the prints delivered do not meet our standard quality specifications.
  - Print Sheet Damage: In the event of damaged print sheets received by the customer.

• Refund Process
  To request a refund, customers must provide clear documentation, such as photographs, highlighting the printing quality issue or damaged print sheets within 7 days of the event. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment within 10 to 45 business days after approval.

• Note: Any other reasons for cancellation not explicitly mentioned in this policy may not be eligible for a refund.
